Shipping Policy

Applies to: jenvra.com (“Jenvra,” “we,” “us,” “our”)

1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (50 states and DC). Some remote locations may require additional time.

International shipping: We plan to expand. When international shipping launches, this Policy will be updated to include country-specific terms.

2) Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (business days), excluding U.S. holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET are typically processed the same business day.

3) Shipping Methods & Fees

  • Standard shipping (current): Free on all orders. Estimated delivery 6–12 business days after shipment (carrier-dependent; see Section 6 for delays).

  • Expedited options: Not offered at checkout yet. If/when available, selecting an expedited method will incur an additional fee shown at checkout.

PO Boxes / APO / FPO. We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO when supported by the carrier and product. Some orders may require a street address.

4) Delivery & Risk (Dispute-Ready)

  • Proof of delivery. The carrier’s delivery scan (and/or delivery photo where provided) is deemed confirmation of delivery to the address supplied at checkout.

  • Porch theft / after-delivery loss. Once a package is marked delivered, loss, theft, or damage after delivery is not covered. If you cannot locate your package, contact us at hello@jenvra.com within 48 hours—we will review case-by-case and may offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our discretion.

5) Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can make address changes until an order is marked Processing by our warehouse. After that point, we cannot guarantee changes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or non-delivery.

6) Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays, customs inspections, adverse weather, natural disasters, and carrier-specific disruptions. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

7) Undeliverable / Refused Shipments

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will reship once to a corrected address at your cost (shipping fees disclosed at the time of reship). If you prefer not to reship, we may refund the product price (minus any original shipping charges, if applicable) after the package is received back by our facility.

Note: Under our Return & Refund Policy, returns are not required for the 30-day money-back guarantee; please contact us first rather than refusing a package.

8) Damage, DOA & Lost in Transit

  • Shipping damage / DOA: Email hello@jenvra.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the packaging and product. Upon verification, we will replace or refund at our option.

  • Lost in transit (no delivery scan): If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days or the carrier confirms loss, we will replace or refund at our option.

9) Multiple Shipments

To speed delivery, items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

10) Order Verification & Fraud Screening

We may hold or cancel orders to verify details (e.g., payment authorization, address confirmation) or to prevent suspected fraud/abuse. This helps protect customers and ensures successful delivery.

11) Preorders / Backorders (if offered)

Any estimated ship dates will appear on the product page or at checkout. Dates are estimates and may change due to supply or carrier constraints. You may cancel a preorder before it ships for a full refund.

International Shipping (coming soon)

When we open international shipping, the following high-level terms will apply (subject to country-specific updates at launch):

  • Duties & taxes: Unless stated otherwise, recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees.

  • Customs inspections: Delivery times vary by country and do not include customs clearance time. We are not responsible for customs delays.

  • Undeliverable international parcels: If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address, we may reship at your cost or refund the product price (less any shipping/duties we cannot recover) once received back.

  • Carrier proof of delivery constitutes delivery to the address provided.
