1) Eligibility

1.1 This policy applies exclusively to products purchased through jenvra.com.
1.2 Refunds are only available under the 30-Day Results Guarantee (see Section 2) or if a product arrives defective or damaged.

2) 30-Day Results Guarantee

2.1 We stand behind the YouthBeam™ Wand with a results-based 30-day money-back guarantee.
2.2 To qualify, you must:

  • Use the device consistently for at least 4 weeks (per the included instructions: 5 minutes nightly).

  • Submit before-and-after photos taken under similar lighting, showing no visible improvement in skin appearance.

  • Contact hello@jenvra.com within 30 days of delivery (per tracking).
    2.3 If approved, we’ll issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.
    2.4 Requests due to change of mind, lack of interest, or accidental orders are not eligible.

3) Damaged or Defective Products

3.1 If your wand arrives damaged or defective, email hello@jenvra.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos or video.
3.2 We’ll replace the item or refund you at our discretion after review.

4) Non-Returnable Circumstances

4.1 We cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened or used unless defective.
4.2 We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect ordering or failure to read product details

  • Discontinued use before 30 days of consistent application

5) Refund Method & Timing

5.1 Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
5.2 Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

6) Warranty

6.1 All devices include a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
6.2 This warranty excludes misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow instructions.

7) Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

7.1 You agree to contact hello@jenvra.com and allow up to 10 business days for resolution before filing a chargeback.
7.2 Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery and this published policy.
